All water, sewer, and gas charges are based on occupancy of your unit and usage of the building. Your gas is based on square footage of your unit and usage of the building. Your water, sewer, gas, and trash are billed through us in addition to your rent. A monthly trash fee of $10 applies. For residents with pets, pet rent is $50 per month per pet.

To secure your apartment, applicants must submit an application with a $50 application fee and a $100 administrative fee, along with a security deposit typically $500. A $50 application fee and $100 administrative fee are required at the time of application. A $500 holding fee is also required and will go towards your security deposit. If the applicant does not pass the screening, the holding fee will be refunded within 10 business days.
